Roll with your REDFLY
We now have RAM mounting kits available in the REDFLY store. The installation process is fairly easy and you can do-it-yourself with simple tools without the need to drill any holes. The flexible and adjustable mounting post mounts to the front passenger seat rail. It takes about 15 minutes to complete the installation.

I have been using your project, but I think you are missing out on an even better use of your technology. What I would like is to replace my radio in my car with a REDFLY Radio. By that I mean, I Redfly built in a 1DIN form that I can replace my radio with. It would have a motorized screen come out that is a touch screen. I could then use my smartphone for all car functionality. Play music on my phone or stream over the 3G. See my calendar, read my email or have it read to me. The 1DIN would have an amplifier and connected to the car speakers. It would also have a mike for hands free phone. My phone has a GPS so it could be my car GPS also. There would be a software program to run that is more Touch friendly for car use to launch the programs. It would be better than the Ford Sync. Sell it for around $500.
